Today I got kind of a late start, not beginning until about 11:30 -- but then I made up for it by riding a round trip to Baker Rd. (Dexter) (19.6 miles in 1:47) for the first time since July 8. (Between then and now, we've done some traveling—to Switzerland and the Upper Peninsula—and I endured a July 16 fall in Switzerland that injured a rib quite badly and kept me from riding for about two weeks.
Lovely conditions today, too—sunny throughout, and 76° when I began, up to 81° at the end.
