Yesterday I took the day off, spending it on music instead. Today, our cold persists, with today's high being 16°. But I gladly climbed on our stationary bike this afternoon, and rode 38.3 miles in 2:56 while watching The Sound of Music, and was able to reach another mileage milestone for the year, too (600).
