I had hoped I might be able to squeeze in an outdoor ride today. But our winter cold remains firmly fixed in place (at 3 p.m. it is 19*), so I thankfully climbed back on our stationary cycle and rode 90 minutes (23.2 miles) in virtual Norwegian sunshine..
