Did just a tiny short ride today. I was unable to ride until tonight, and then, rather than push myself, I just took it easy. In a few weeks, at the end of March, Michelle and I going for a few days vacation in Orange Beach, Alabama, right on the Gulf of Mexico. I thought I'd see if there were any virtual bike rides from Orange Beach available on YouTube, and voila! It was only a short video, which helped cause me to keep the ride short, but it was fun to look ahead to the warmth and sunshine we'll get to experience then. I only rode for 5.4 miles (25 minutes) -- but I tell myself that this was better than nothing.
